1. Service and scope

1.1. These Terms of Use govern VseBots, a chatbot and automation builder at https://vsebots.com, including its account area, visual scenarios, AI features and channel connections. These Terms apply to VseBots and do not govern the Operator’s other products.

1.2. “User” or “Owner” means a person who creates and configures an automation. “Recipient” means a person whose message, comment or other event is processed by a scenario. “Connected Channel” means a third-party communication service connected by an Owner through the authorization methods available in VseBots.

1.3. The User accepts these Terms by an explicit confirmation in the registration or Service access interface when requested. Viewing public pages alone does not create a payment obligation. Users acting for an organization must have authority to do so.

1.4. The Service is intended for adult Users able to enter into an agreement. Channel and feature availability depends on the current interface, connected account permissions and the relevant channel’s technical restrictions.

2. Account and security

2.1. Registration is required to use the account area. Users must provide accurate information and protect passwords, verification codes, email access and connected accounts.

2.2. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must stop using compromised connections and notify pr@vsebots.com. The Operator may temporarily restrict access to protect the account and other users.

2.3. Users must not create accounts to evade restrictions, limits or payment, share another person’s credentials or access other users’ data without authorization.

3. Scenarios and Connected Channels

3.1. VseBots provides tools to configure messages, buttons, conditions, automated actions and AI responses. Owners select the content, sequence and audience of scenarios, test them before launch and monitor their results.

3.2. Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to manage. Users must comply with the terms of Telegram, Instagram and other available channels, including permissions, messaging windows, frequency and content requirements.

3.3. Instagram features use permitted APIs and depend on Meta permissions, account type and platform rules. VseBots does not guarantee permissions, approval by Meta or delivery contrary to channel restrictions. The Service has no relationship with Meta or Telegram implying their endorsement of VseBots.

3.4. An Owner may disconnect a channel in the Service or revoke access with the channel provider. Disconnection stops further operation through that connection; messages already sent and completed actions are not automatically undone. Related data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

4.1. Users must have a lawful basis to process Recipient data and send messages, provide required information about their activities and satisfy applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

4.2. Spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, unlawful advertising, malware, infringement of content rights, unlawful data collection and bypassing channel restrictions are prohibited.

4.3. Users must not interfere with the Service, attempt to obtain secrets or other users’ data, create excessive load or use automations for activities prohibited by law or Connected Channel rules.

5. Artificial intelligence

5.1. AI features perform requests according to the Owner’s settings and provider availability. Data necessary for a request may be shared with technical providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2. AI responses may contain errors or inaccurate information. Owners must review settings and results, provide human handling of complex questions and must not use AI responses as the sole basis for decisions affecting a Recipient’s rights, health or financial situation.

5.3. Users must not submit confidential information, special categories of personal data or third-party data without the necessary rights and lawful basis.

6. Pricing and limits

6.1. If paid access is enabled for a feature, its price, payment currency, access period, available allowance and payment conditions are provided before payment. Viewing a public page or clicking “Create a bot” does not charge money.

6.2. Pricing cards and approximate message counts on the landing page describe proposed usage formats. A specific purchase is governed by the information shown before payment confirmation. Payment and automatic renewal require the User’s separate confirmation of the respective conditions.

6.3. Message and action counting, technical limits and available features are explained in the relevant plan interface. Changes for future purchases do not change existing paid obligations without a lawful basis or agreement with the User.

6.4. Payment, cancellation and refund requests should be sent to pr@vsebots.com. Refunds are considered under the specific purchase conditions and mandatory law; these Terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights.

7. Content and intellectual property

7.1. Users retain rights to their materials and authorize the Operator to process, store and transmit them as necessary to execute the configured scenario and provide the Service.

7.2. Users are responsible for holding the necessary rights to uploaded materials, text and data. Rights to AI output are subject to applicable law and provider terms; uniqueness and eligibility for legal protection are not guaranteed.

7.3. VseBots software, design and other materials belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders. Users may use available Service features within these Terms.

8. Personal data

8.1. Personal data processing is described in the VseBots Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace separate data processing consent where required by law.

8.2. Owners determine the purposes of their scenarios and ensure lawful use of Recipient data. Requests for correction, deletion or cessation of processing may be sent to pr@vsebots.com; the Privacy Policy explains how requests are handled.

9. Availability and liability

9.1. The Operator takes reasonable measures to provide a reliable and secure Service. Maintenance, errors and interruptions may occur, including due to API changes, channel restrictions, provider actions or connectivity issues.

9.2. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business outcome, accurate AI responses or delivery of every message. Users should report errors and stop affected scenarios when necessary.

9.3. Each party is responsible for breaches of its obligations under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

10. Restriction and termination

10.1. The Operator may restrict an unsafe scenario, connection or account for a breach of these Terms, a security threat or a requirement of law or a channel provider. Where possible, the User is informed of the reason and how to contact the Operator; urgent threats may require immediate restriction.

10.2. Users may stop scenarios, disconnect channels and request account deletion at pr@vsebots.com. Retention periods and grounds for keeping specific records are determined by the Privacy Policy and law. Termination does not cancel obligations incurred before termination.

11. Changes and disputes

11.1. The current Russian version is published at https://vsebots.com/terms/ru. Material changes are communicated through the Service or contact email; separate consent is requested when necessary. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed obligations.

11.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, preserving mandatory protections under applicable law. Questions and complaints should be sent to pr@vsebots.com. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable jurisdiction rules; statutory consumer choice of jurisdiction is preserved.

11.3. The Russian version is controlling. This English version at https://vsebots.com/terms is provided for convenience and external review.
